With our voicepad tool, we provide a specific code and phone number for each house which will provide the buyer with the information desired and provides me as the agent the phone number which enables me to screen the buyer to make sure that the buyer can meet the criteria for the house called about. Each one of our homes is given a specific "Text" code which when used will provide the buyer a mobile website with all the information about the house. This enables us again to always be giving the information and screening the buyer. Thus, eliminating many of the questions. Most of our homes for sale will indicate the code on flyers or marketing.
